I paid my credit card in full on 28th May 2013, and called VMSA call center Collections dept, to request a letter stating that the account has been paid in full and has been closed. I sent my first email on Thu 2013/05/30 10:39 AM, Received ackowledgement and ref on 01.06.2013 RefEC: A422795C. No Letter had been forth coming, so I called the call center again on 04.06.2013, they made a promise to send it via email and confirmed my details. I've had to call again day before yesterday on 11.06.2013, and yet again they made a promise to send the letter, and also send the updated information to Experian-where my credit card still shows "overdue". I sent yet another email yesterday and requested the letter by close of business. Guess what... still no response from VMSA. They either see no urgency in my request or they just undermine customers-period. I've also logged onto my internet profile, and found that the credit card is still "Active", after having requested that it be closed.
