It seems that FNB do not live up to their ad's line of "how can we help you? " because with me they demand that I 'help' myself! FNB have it on their system that i am under debt review, although according to the National Credit Regulator and Transunion and Experian the said "debt review" was withdrawn, ie cancelled in 2009 already! I have furnished them with numerous emails, even from the respective credit bureaus, but they still insist on me sending them some document so they can update their records. I don't even know what form this is as I inquired about debt review in 2008 but never went through with it and as a result it was withdrawn.

The debt counselor in question is impossible to contact, but he has done his part already by forwarding same forms to the credit bureaus, therefore, their systems are updated.
Surely FNB being the most "innovative bank in the world" have a telephone in their offices and some "clout" to make a few calls and "help" out their platinum client as I am paying the monthly exorbitant fees!!!
