African Bank
2nd time debiting my Acc before my payday

So TODAY my account gets debited and I only get paid on the 20th. I logged a complaint in July about the same thing and i was promised high and low it will never happen again. I am so sick of the incompetence at this Bank. I am going to twitter and the ombudsman for them I have had it, and THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE to put me on hold for 17 minutes. I cant wait to pay this loan up so I can be rid of these people.
