Havent started but have problems already!!!

I made it clear twice to the call centre agent that my car is parked in the yard with locked gates over night. So I asked to b sent a quote so I can look at it before making a decision. I took the cover based on the quote i was sent and the "recorded call". My cover is due to start on 21th October. My contract document was sent. It said my car is parked in a "locked garage" over night. To my astonishment when I called the call centre Frid 18/10/13 I was told that my premium must increase because it's higher risk. But this is obviously not my fault.

I am appalled by the way Budget handled this matter. I was just told that the premium will increase and to add insult to injury I was asked if I am happy with the new amount. Obviously I am not, but what option do I have with only a couple of days before the cover begins. Basically its like being given the middle finger and being told indirectly that""take it or leave" it. So now why must i be inconvenienced because of their mistake? The main issue here is that the initial quote has very limited information which should be looked into, as I made a decision based on it.
Are insurances there to help us or catch us out?
