African Bank
Debit my account B4 payday

My salary date is the 20th and African Bank debits my account on the 19th and all the debit orders were returned, I had to pay all the bank charges that was over R300 because of it being unpaid..I am livid with these, if i signed that my debit date should be the 20th who gives them the right to change it and mess up my account, the call centre staff are rude and abrupt, now they request that I GO to a FNB branch and stand in a Que and get stamped copies of my account which may I add, that I HAVE TO PAY FOR. how much more annoying can these people at African Bank get.
