African Bank
Nobody knows why i haven't been refunded yet

I took out a consolidation loan from my own bank nedbank. this consolidated the small loan i had left with African bank. however the funds only came through on the 26th and naturally as my payday is the 25th African bank debited my account. To Date however I have not been refunded. I have phoned 11 times since Tuesday 30April. Each time I call i get told that the refund will be in tomorrow or that same day. Well clearly tomorrow never comes!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldnt keep phoning if i was told in so many days time it will be in, obviously i would wait for that number of days to pass. I am disgusted with the way things are being handled.
