I reported on my credit card on 1 October 2013 as there were unauthorised transactions processed for over R10 000. 18 days later I am still waiting for the affidavit to be emailed to me so that they can start investigating. I tried to get hold of the supervisor in the inbound division for the past two days as the consultants simply say that they have escalated the matter. The so called supervisor is never at her desk and when I tried to call the complaints department all they said was that it would be escalated to the department. I have banked with the same bank for more than 12 years yet their treatment of customers leaves a lot to be desired. At times I am on hold for more than 30 minutes whilst waiting for a consultant just to be told someone will get back to me. I am seriously disgusted. 18 days after reporting the matter the bank has not yet even started investigating.
