MORNING, on the morning of 17 July 2013, one of outsurance clients turned in front of me and we were involved in a collision. he was totally at fault. I tried to contact outsurance about a claim i wanted to institute, but got nowhere. outsurance then phoned me to ask me on behalf of their client what had happened. i told the lady, and asked for assistance but she was not really helpful. their client then said that i must give him all papers and he would sort it out. On the 25 of September i asked him what was going on, and he replied that he would ask them as he had submitted the paperwork. i have to no avail tried to contact him since then. this morning i phoned outsurance again, wanting to know if my claim had been submitted, and after a brief discussion the operator said that he could not divulge any particulars of his clients policy, which i understand, but he could at least tried to help me with my query. the clients car was repaired in a very short while.
