Outsurance
So much for we beat the rest

I have been on OUTsurance client for the past 6 yrs. I received a quote from MiWay, which was extremely good. I found the call centre to see if we could renegotiate my premium and the senior manager on the other end was arrogant, telling me that oh well miway is our competitor and they have thus thing against OUTsurance. I just feel that that had nothing to do with me and did really appreciate his tone. Long story short, OUTsurance claim on they will beat any quote and if they can't they will give you cash back, and they will bend over backwardd is bull! They could only bring my premium down by R20 at first, the R40 less!! When I told the manager I want to cancel, his tone was almost nonchalant, almost as if he didn't give a. I was completely taken back by this awful service!
