No response from the agents

I had a problem with my battery this morning & had called miway road assitance to come & assist with the jump starting of the car-that went well I then tried to get through to the claims department since 10 am this morning to NO AVAILthis in order to distinguish if I can claim for a batter or be assisted as my car would only get me to work and not again, in the afternoon AGAIN it would start and I still could not get through & get assistance to get call back I got the roadside assistance to tow my car to the nearest battery centre & they could give me assistance with claim queries & they tried ti put me through but still no response understand high volumes but my claim/call should also received attention! I have not had a good experience with Miway today and I must say they made my day unpleasant
