As a new Miway client effective 01/11/2013 all my friends encouraged me to pick miway over dial direct. imagine my shock when I suffered an unexpected incident and as my lease I'm liable to fix the damage to my wall I called Miway& was advised that I'm not covered& my landlord needs to call Miway himself to claim against me I tried submitting a claim as on top of tht the geyser had leaked & caused a short circuit.
Nothing... I tried submitting the claim online 3 times Error msg was promised a consultant will call me I called & spoke to a nice gentleman who told me I was covered..(before he put me to claims... I asked him to change my debit date to the 15th) he said he did... claims didn't"t know if I was covered&decide to put me through to legal..where I was promised a call back... nothing I later recieved an sms advising that I was not covered for dec as my debit order had not been paid... shock... called claims spoke to Brenda who was just not interested..she transfferd me to legal yet again... nothing... requested a call online got a ref#244943397 on the 9th of December... I called again today and claims told me they had never heard of a problem like this. Pls help m
