FNB has once AGAIN overwhelmed me with the lack of service and the blatant disregard for me as their client. I had to go through 6 agents and a manager only to be told that I cannot verify my card because there is a technical problem which they cannot resolve nor commit to when it will be resolved... All that I am told is the issue has been escalated.
the robotic apology that was given 5 times to me alone just goes to show how clueless FNB is when it comes to serving clients. The fact that Ntokozo was non- committal in his response about when the issue will be resolved is a further indication of how FNB does not value me or my business...
Just when I thought that FNB's service cannot get any worse after visiting several of their branches, Online banking has gone beyond the call of bad service duty today.
I really understand the reason why people stick to banks such as Nedbank because customers are valued and problems are resolved in the shortest possible time.
An application to Nedbank has been made and I am sure that they have some clues as to how as a client I need to be treated...
