I have registered my account for U Count Rewards 14/06/13 already! I still have not received any points, I have called the call center numerous times! it was on the 3rd call in July that a person that was awake saw that for some reason the system had 2 profiles for me and she sent a request to IT to have this fixed. I have since phone twice again. on 30 Sept I was put through to a Roshneen which said that she had escalated the problem and that either herself of Oscar would get back to me the same day or at the latest the next day. I phoned AGAIN this morning, and surprise surprise NOTHING has been done and Oscar is not available!!! What is the use of advertising the Rewards if you can not fix your systems to accommodate your customers??? Standard bank service seems to be going out the window and the staff don't give a damm!!!
