Im highly disgusted that at my 1st attempt at using your company I am rather embarrassed that my claim has been denied. This vehicle has only been serviced at the dealer and now my car has an engin failure. This is not wear and tear, what is the use of a motor plan if you cannot cover the motor. The car is at the dealer now... I have to pay... so please cancel this valuable policy, refund all my premiums as I will in future rather save the money paid to you, thus pay my own in case happens... you only look at reasons not to pay... 119000kms... dint wana see what you tell clients who have more milage
