On 06-06-13 a purchased vehicle, from Auto Elegance was delivered with a balance of motor plan. To my surprise i discovered i had to pay R1500 to have a motor plan transfered to my name. After 6 days with the vehicle, the vehicle could not start of which BMW ON CALL came to assist and the technician on call recognised the car and told me he was once called to help start the car while it was on show room at the said dealer. I tried to no vain to get assistance from the dealer since it has been within a week of purchase of the vehicle. The only thing they told me was that i should talk with BMW since the vehicle has a motor plan, up to date the vehicle is there for repair of a cylinder head and BMW SA has agreed to repair it. It should be clear that the dealer did nothing to help me with the situation i was facing. Cancelling the dealer with them was another option i had of which they told me they cant di that I'll have to take it with the bank that financed me. It is veery saddening to have to experiance such poor serice from the organisation that boast quality service and again i have to go to the taxis to be able to move around while the dealer smile all the way to the bank.
