Worst Extended Warranty Eve

When I was sold the extended Warranty from Advantage Motorplan or the dealer they appointed, I was told that the warranty will cover repairs / replacement to most major parts in my vehicle. The buyer of the policy is given a list which high-lights the different plans to choose from with the amounts that the specific plan will cover for different components. What they do not tell you is that the list of items that are to be covered is not covered 100% to the value that match's it on the list. If you have more than 1 item that you claim for, the warranty does not cover for several items to be claimed on to the value initially stipulated. What they do is cover the highest valued component and flag the rest as at the owners expenses to repair (thus pre-emting) future components that should of been covered by the warranty but now are not. The service from the advisers is also pathetic as they show no empathy and basically spell out to you that they don't care and it is not their problem. The warranty with AMP is a rip off when compared to the warranty I had with Innovation Group. This is the first and last time that I will buy a warranty for AMP, a member of the IDA Group of Companies.
