Sale funeral cover

I have never been so disappointed with standard bank, i thought it was the one bank that was fair and forthcoming. I went to the branch in west gate mall roodepoort, to enquiries, A lady by Tiny Fetsha, from enquiries assisted me and sold me a funeral policy of R71 from standard bank for myself and kids, in December I'm surprised that the amount of R71.00 and R173.00 has been debited from my account, I called their call centre they told me to go into the branch, i went into the branch in westgate to the same consultant who assisted me with the funeral policy, she tells me its not her fault she doesn't process the policies she escalate to sales, but she's the one who sold me the cover i didn't go into the bank wanting a funeral policy, and she opened an additional cover of R173 which i did not sign for she denies it and takes me to a different consultant who also give me attitude and tells me this reversal can only be done once an investigation has been completed, she doesn't ask me anything, she just says that her name is Tumi Moerane, she calls their funeral division and a speak to a very arrogant young man, no one takes note that an additional policy was opened.
