Ok Nedbank, enough is enough. 4 months of promising to resolve this issue and its still a problem. Here is an idea, fix your customers issues instead of sponsoring movies!
And while you are at it, remove that really annoying "Eugene" advert from the call centre line, the advert that's starts with "Hello... just kidding, its me Eugene". Do you know how annoying that is when you are on hold and already angry that you have to call in the 1st place. The issue, as if you need reminding, is that when Nedbank card holders make a purchase at Pick n Pay and request cash back the full amount is debited and a duplicate amount is put on hold for around 5 days unless you call in to have it reversed. If this happens at the wrong time one could end up with a negative amount in one's account and the embarrassment and inconvenience of "insufficient funds" on you next purchase, like when you are at the petrol station and have just filled up. The ability to purchase and withdraw cash in the same transaction used to work well and was a benefit, it is no longer. Not once have we received a written apology for all the hassles, let alone an offer to refund hours of phone calls. Time to call "Steve"
