My business account was accessed via the FNB call center in February 2013. I was only made aware of this months later when i tried using my card and it was reported as being cancelled in Feb. I wanted to access to call log to get to the bottom of this and sent an email to [Email Removed] and have had no response since 10/10/2013. Aa minor as this seems, some person out there has my personal details to access my account and effect changes at will.
