2 months no card - Cant make payments to suppliers

I opened my account in the begining of January 2013. I had solid business banaker who help me open my business account. My third with standard bank.
Its now two months later and I unfortunately have no account card which means I cant access online banking. Which mean I cant pay creditors. It wouldnt bother if I didnt have debitors paying me into that account.
I have called the call centre twice now and in both cases they cant find my business banker and promose to get back to me. They never do.
I'm phoning back for the thrid time in three weeks. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes with no response. They cant find my bank again.
