A nice way to treat your staff

Can you please explain to me why you intend to retrench the staff working for your Insurance division, and if you ever intended to tell your clients?

I find this underhanded and completely immoral behaviour, and am now looking for a new insurance broker. Obviously your well-meant adverts were not a true reflection of your moral values; or was the hype intended to distract the public from the retrenchment process?
