My eBucks complain still not been resolved. I did receive a reference number 357650 and had one phone call from the Branch manager to ensure me this will be sorted out this was on the 16th of October I have phoned the number I received with my sms weekly to find out what is happening. Only answer I get still investigating - I opened a cheque account upgraded my credit card to platinum and was promise the same benefits I receive on my platinum credit card as my platinum cheque card. This is not happening only received benefits from my cheque account what happened to my credit card benefits (how can we help you) I have not been helped as yet with my problem, I need this to be resolved you can not promise something and not delivering on your promise - Can I please have head office involve as the branch can not assist me
