King Price Insurance ripping off clients

Good day

I entered into a contract with King Price Insurance on 05/08/2013 which was supposed to start on 01/10/2013. When the 01st October came, they debited my account and now my account is in excess because there were insufficient funds in my account. The amount they debited is R1210.
I sent them an email on the 04th asking them to refund me and cancel the contract; they only refunded me yesterday and it was an amount of R620.

When I called them about this, they said they are charging me from the 01st to the 04th even though I emailed them on the 04th at 08:39.

Someone wants to deposit funds in my account but they cannot because my bank will immediately take the money.
I have spoken to five people but there is no change!!
