King price always get their deductions wrong

I am sick and tired of king price nd their deductions. I did a quote with the last month my policy was supposed to start on the 1 st of April a day after i did my quote 275 was deducted from my account, but because of insufficient funds it was reversed nd i was charged 115 king price promised to refund me if i sent the proof that i was charged 115 i dd send them proof but stil no refund. Now its April my policy started yesterday and instead of deducting R821 or even less because the month has already started 987 was deducted from my account. WATS DAT?
