Shockingly Bad Service from King Price!

It is with great frustration and disappointment that I write this complaint concerning King Price Insurance. For a company that promised so much in terms of service, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. 3 weeks ago I agreed to start a car insurance policy with them starting on July 1st. I had a change of heart about moving my insurance to this company and have called them 5 times since the 25th of June begging them to cancel the policy as I did not want to pay a premium to both them and my current insurance provider on July 1. They assured me that this wouldn't happen and that someone would call me to cancel the policy. Someone tried calling me on June 26th at 5:30 pm and as I was driving I could not take the call. No voice message was left with any name or number that I could contact and since then I have been calling them everyday with no response from them and of course the premium went off on July 1st.

The level of service from King Price Insurance has been shockingly poor. I am still waiting for them to call me to cancel the policy and I expect a full refund of the funds they have debited from my account or I will be escalating this further.
