King Price Insurance
Refund still pending

I traded in my vehicle for another one on 3 December 2013 and decided to continue using King Price Insurance. When i traded in my previous vehicle, my account had already been debited for my December premium and the King Price assured me they will refund me that amount (and only deduct for the 3 days) within 48 hours. On 5 December they debited my account for the new vehicle and still haven't heard anything from them pertaining to my refund.
