BAD SERVICE - INCORRECT DEBIT ORDERS

I had called King price and requested for a car insurance quote, then I called them the next day to cancel as my current insurance offered me a better quote then the consultant who had assisted me which was Tshepo Dubula I sent him an email and called and requested for this to be cancelled which was agreed but now I got 2 premiums that came off my bank account when I called yesterday to request a refund they agreed that it will be reversed but just after speaking to them I get an email for insurance cover, today I get another sms from the bank for another premium has been debited from my bank account this is unethical business behaviour I am now being robbed of my money, this is daylight I request for an urgent refund.
