EMC FILES A PAIN IN THE

Can someone please tell me why the heck I need to receive these EMC files. Can you not send my bluebean credit card statements in PDF encrypted with a password???

I have now tried downloading this thing for 2 months now, it still does not work.

I tried downloading that decoder thing, still nothing when I try and open my statements!!!

I have now had it with Bluebean, as I cannot view my monthly statements!

Either you send me the PDF versions or revert back to the paper documents in the post every month.

I want a solution please.
