Pathetic private banking service

I recently decided to reduce all short term debt, I am a private banking client as well. The level of service i have received was pathetic. I have found standard bank to be dishonest and the level of service i received was really pathetic. Just alone in the last 9 years, Standardbank enjoyed the interest earned on my 16 Brand new car deals with Stannic, 3 sizeable bonds and all short term products accepted etc. To receive this service and level of dishonesty is not acceptable!!! I had applied for a loan which was approved for a smaller amount, 2weeks later i decided to take the amount, i was told that an application had to b recaptured, which i complied, i was now told that it had been declined due to recent changes and an error, my private banker has been lying to me, i have been given different excuses, further more i am being avoided. My wife has already her private banking account to FNB for a similar service she received at standard bank. Seems the first rand group is where is should move my account to as well!!!
