My car was finally booked in on Friday and then car hire was arranged for this morning at 8.15am. I had specified that I do not want any other vehicle but the Polo Vivo. To my surprise this morning I received a Chevy Spark as it was not specified to them. How does your customer care for rental work. I specified a vehicle and not received it... Not impressed MIWAY... I spoken to the lady and she advised that she is going to try. I want this rent a vehicle exchanged for a POLO VIVO as originally arranged with your customer service two weeks ago prior to this day.
Surely this can be arranged for me. I am paying for a service and get dumped with whatever was available this morning. This is not on... SERIOUSLY...
