Waited for over 2hrs before being assist

I got stuck without petrol and was made to wait for about 2hours before being assisted. I was called by management the next day the 4th of October2013 where I was promised a call back, but to no avail. I then wrote below email on the 10th of October 2013 and is still to get feedback.
