Interesting to note that I have received email statements for a very long period. On the 5th April a debit is entered for STATEMENT COSTS 11 POSTED STMT FEE 0213 ##. A Secure Message was forwarded to Standard bank enquiring this debit, no reply to date
On 27/04 I contacted the Prestige Banking call centre to be told that my profile indicates that I have requested paper statements. How is it possible that I receive email statements and now also paper statements at a cost when I have not requested paper statements.
Its a small amount, however the fact that it was changed not on my request or doing makes one wonder how secure your account is. Is this just another ploy to frustrate your clients, if so please advise because I do not wish to deal with a bank who dont value their customers.
