Photocopier rental nightmare

Our company recently started leasing a new Samsung photocopier from ITA Business Communication Services. The machine has intermittent problems that ITA technicians have given up trying to resolve during the six weeks that we have had it. We are making use of the old reliable Toshiba in its place at our additional cost. Now we are contractually bound to pay this ITA and the finance house (Centrafin) while being ignored after countless emails from ourselves. I have not yet come across a company that sticks their head in the sand such as this one and refuses to offer an alternative to this raw deal. Let the buyer beware... dont sign any contract until the machine is installed and working 100% to your satisfaction.
