THE COMPANY IS NOT REAL

I work for the government company at Supply Chain Management which im responsible for contracts we have with different companies and Mayibuye cooperate is one of them.

We have had this contract for over 3 years and it expires only end of this year. the company is responsible for the photocopy machine maintanance when ever the machine breaks down i have to phone them to come and fix the machine, we can not fix the machine ourselves since its under contract.

in the past 2 years we have had a terrible service from the company, i will logg a call for the faulty machine and they will only respond after 3 - 4 weeks or just not pitch at all, until we get to a fight. just now i reported a machine faulty on 2013-01-08 till this day the machine have not been been repaired, when i follow up they tell me, they think the technicial has repaired the machine the next thing i will be sent from pillar to post, when i asked for the manager i was told the company does not have a manager.

and every month there is a new person responsible for my complaint, all the people that were there when the contract was signed are no longer working for the company,

I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMOR
