One of my customers made an electronic funds transfer of R531 000. Fnb to Fnb. The fund do not reflect in my account over 24 hours later and no one is concerned. The lady at Fnb, Susan, was soo unhelpful, just like the call centre agent. This coming from a bank that supposedly prides itself on good service. And then, in the mean while, while they hold my half a million rands, how the must i run my business? Disgusted.
