Try closing my account, without any susccess!!

I have been trying to close my fnb gold account since Feb without any sucess, everytime I go to the randfontein branch they give me stories, I am unable to maintain the account because I am unemployed. I went to the jhb branch in feb they were unable to close it today I went into the randfontein branch again (for the 100th time) they say I have to pay R81, I told them I'l pay it by next week, I'l try and make a plan, by next week the charges are going to go up again!! I am unable to afford it, I can not maintain the account. On that note I think you should send ur agents or rather ur employess at the randfontein branch needs to learn how to say goodmorning or goodday!
FNB how can you help me? After all isn't that you logo?
