Very upset

I did a online application with african bank last week monday if im correct and had a pre approved of 94 000 and a 3000 on my credit card that i have with them i went to the bank with all the documents that was needed and my application was done. the lady who did my application sad the money would be in the same day but it wasent when i called her she sad it would take 48 hours. the following day she called me i had to go and do a nother application. i did do a nother application on friday and im still waiting for the money or the application to be approved im so upset cos i needed the money today. as im typing this i still dont know whats going on. i love african bank really but this time randfontein branch really didnt help me at all. and i still wonder why hasent my application gone to the attention of the manager. very hurt and sad by randfontein branch
