Sent me another customer's filled in documents

I am in the market to buy a house, my OTP got accepted yesterday morning. So I contacted my Premier Banker, who via email said that Rene Cronje will be contacting me. Later the afternoon I haven't heard anything from her, so I googled her name, to see if i could get her contact details, so I can ask her what gives. I found a Hellopeter complaint as well as a facebook post on FNB's wall with regards to her. So I contacted my Premier Banker telephonically, who then said she will make sure Rene contacts me. Nothing happened. I posted on Facebook. Thanks for the reply on facebook, but she only contacted me 17h30. She confirmed my email address and sent me the documents I need to fill in. Only one small problem... she sent me ALREADY FILLED IN documents. The documents are both filled in by Johannes Myburgh. She sent me HIS APPLICATION! Thanks, now I have all this guy's details. And probably some other people as well. Awesome. But... how do I know my filled in documents are not going to end up in other people's inboxes? Seriously, this is the WORST thing FNB could do. I do not trust you AT ALL. Also, I phoned Johannes and told him. I do, afterall, have his telephone number... and email..
