Premier Service is not up to scratch

I am loyal Premier banker with FNB, my funds are entrusted with this institution for sometime now. I recently registered a start up company and decided to open a dedicated business account for my company. I emailed my enquiries and was accordingly advised that I should send my company papers or open it online as it may quicker. Filled in online forms n got ref number with promise to be contacted in 24hrs. 5 day later without any response, I contacted my assigned premier banker for assistance, she referred me to business deportment, they also referred me to online business department, I then emailed this online dept to no avail to this date of writing this report, going for three weeks now. Too many of my emails went unresponded to.
Both my allocated premier banker and the business department told me they can't assist me as it the online department' s responsibility, passing the buck. I have now put my business on hold from trading trying to open an account with frustrations. That's the bits n bolts of my frustration as a Premier customer of this bank. I am currently overseas and only contactable through my email, which I pointed out to these people I exchanged emails with. ISHMAEL
