Went to deposit money on an account at 12:45 pm on the 2nd of october 2013.Waited in the queue for 2minutes after he was done with previous customer, waiting for him to call me. He did not, I went to his workstation stood there and he didn't even greet me he was just busy fiddling with a stapler. I put my deposit slip and money on the desk and waited for him to be done with whatever he was busy with and after a couple of minutes he took the document and money and proceeded with the transaction. He did not say a word not even a thank you. He is the face of the company and he should be friendly and approachable but he was not. Looked for a supervision or floor manager to lodge a complaint but no one was available so I just left. The service was poor and I would not want to go back there
