I tried drawing money from the atm on monday the bank teller slip came back as transaction declined then i recieved an sms on my phone from celphone banking that stated the money went off my account i went ito the branch verry upset and the branch manager raymond told me that the are having technical dificulty and the money would be returned to my account by the next day that would be tuesday he was verry nice thow and i was was a verry angry customer i left and waited to c wel i waited till wednesday nothing so i went back to the bank and told then the money wasnt in m account so i askd for raymond the branch manager and they told me that he was busy and could be busy the whole day so i left on friday i return still nothing in my account were i asked for raymond again the same thing he was busy can c me so i saw the 2 manager he tried helping what bugs me he still couldnt resolve the problem he could not even get hold of the saswitch people to find out whats going i mean really what bad service that they cant resolve a problem as simple as that even whent down to a difrent bank to ask for a te nr for saswitch came back up to give it to the manager today satrday still nothing
