Poor customer service

On the 28th October i went in to Standard Bank at about 1pm and it was under construction, but we were told everything is operational by a security guard, we waited for about 2 hrs and the environment was not safe at all for clients, eletricity cables were just falling off on our heads, and when i got to the cashiers desk they told the cashiers are not at work i must go to another branch to deposit the money, after 2 hrs in a queue i was told that, and the lady had bad attitude as well when she told i cant deposit
