Worst ever!

So I used to be a customer, and i changed cars in April, sadly you guys were a bit more than other people so left outsurance.

At the time I was told I could not get the r400 offer on the same car for 6 months. no worries.

I have a new car now again, and though I would try the r400 deal. Cool right? NO! the lady I delt with (missed her name but have her direct line) was very nice and sweet (till the end), and she told me I wouldnt get the r400 since it is a quote on any car within 6 months... Fair... Said I would then call next month and get a quote...

She called back shortly to tell me just them calling me counts as a quote!! So if I walk into any shop anywhere they have magically given me a quote? What the is a quote, it is a quote for services! Since I was given no Rand Value, I can only assume that it is free! When I said it was pointless having a quote then and just hearing that has upset me, I got the pleasure of having phone put down!
