Bad attitude

After complaining Grace phoned me, I must really mention this, she was so rude that lady instead of coming up with a solution to the problem she kept on telling me if I'm not paying my account my vehicle would be repossessed, I even mentioned the fact that I don't have insurance with first for woman, but No she didn't even bother to listen, instead few hours later I received another sms stating that my car was now being referred for repossession, then another lady phoned me from Absa by the name of Naydene she sorted everything out for me immediately. What I don't understand was it that difficult for you Grace to do your job?

Now yesterday I received another call from Absa telling me that my Paintech policy was in arrears please can somebody sort this out because it goes through debit orders, how can it be in arrears???
