Hyundai- One month later and no car registration

Bought a IX35 from the Hyundai Select dealer at 13 van Deventer street, Brits. Took ownership of the vehicle on 18 May 2013.

One month later, I still don't have my car license, number plates or my extended service plan. This resulted in my insurance on the vehicle lapsing cause I could not supply them with the relevant documentation. After complaining at the dealer, they quickly tried to sort out the license and only at that point requested me to send them a new copy of my ID. So now I have a scanned copy of my license, but no number plates, license disk or extended service plan. I am basically driving around illegally. We arranged with the Brits dealer that Hyundai Roodepoort will fit the number plates and License disk tomorrow. After speaking to Roodepoort to arrange a suitable time (seeing that Brits ensured us that everything was courier to Roodepoort already), Roodepoort had no idea who we are or what we talking about. After enquiring again with Brits, they have now couriered the license, number plates and service plan to Roodepoort. We can now only do fitment apparently next week.
Very poor customer service - Customer has to contact them and then only they react
