WOW!!! Amazing Service!!!

To whom it may concern;

We had an account problem and I had to contact Telkom, I usually put this off as it always feels like such a mission as I am rarely assisted with friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service.

But, WOW, the service I received from Leon Swanepoel today at 10h37 was AWESOME!!!

He was super friendly, super knowledgeable and super efficient!!!

He is a true GEM!!! The nature of the compliment has too many to chose from - Going the extra mile; Call centre efficiency; great attitude, just to mention a few!
