Deceiving customers with premiums

About a week ago I contacted Miway to get a quote on the premiums. A consultant phoned me and was very helpful by offering me a premium of about R450. 00. This was cheaper then the other insurance quotes so I decided to accept the contract telephonically. A day or 2 later I received the policy documents with premiums of R620.00. I queried this and I was told that they took the incorrect information of the vehicle, instead of 2011 they on a 2009 model. This was an error on their side. I tried contacting Miway to sort out the issue, but they refuse to assist me.

It looks like they only quoted me a low premium so that they could deceive me by getting me to accept the contract and 2 days later increasing the contract.

Im looking to cancel the contract and would rather have a company provide better service.
