I have been trying to get a settlement letter

For the better better part of last week and this entire week we have been trying to get a settlement letter from the claims department within your bank.
My insurer (MiWay) has also been trying, but apparently the claims department requires an account number which the insurer does NOT know. I have been calling THE ENTIRE week however have not received an answer form the claims department and when I do get an answer that particular person isnt working for the claims department. What is more infuriating than being given the run around, is the lack of assistance from all the other departments; from asset finance to legal. I have called a total of 11 extensions and still I haven't gotten what I want. What I want is a settlement letter for my vehicle financed by your bank such that the insurance can settle the debt and as such our business could come to an end.
I have always prided myself in being a Standard Bank client ever since I could legally have an account of my own. This is by far the worst service I have received from any financial services company.
