Settlement on VAF account

Hi, my VAF account is under debt review. I would like to settle this account as soon as today. I called two weeks ago for a settlement amount and it took them a week to respond. The settlement amount was higher than i had hoped. I then contacted Debt Review department for a statement and it took them another week to respond. I checked the statement and was happy with the amount payable. I then called Debt review department asking for bank details so i can settle the account and i was told i would need to send an email requesting a new settlement amount and then log another one for the bank details. I have send the emails but still awaiting feedback. I am hoping one person from the Debt review department can assist with all the requests so i can settle the account before i spend the money. It seems like i am being send from pillar to post now and it has taken close to 3 weeks now. PLEASE ASSIST
