Card collections is doing manual transfe

I am very upsetb.card collections has been doing manual transfers in my accounts .firstly on the 1st they took 290 without my knowledge right after i told them i will make pay now today they took 7000 without my knowledge as a transfer that i didnt make out my savings account then i call them they saying i did it n the money both the 290 n 700 is not reflecting on my creditcard so i cannit even withdraw .i call them from 9am with my own airtime n all of them tell me different story! thy overcharged my account now i hve to wait .i spoke to beauty n she hasnt called me..im very off because i want to change my debit order date.
